Mental Health Week is a national health awareness week held each year.  This year’s Mental Health Week theme is Strengthening Our Community – Live, Learn, Work, Play with the aim of improving mental wellbeing in our communities.

Putting people first is always at the centre of what we do. By working together and looking out for one another we can build supportive and connected communities and increase mental health and wellbeing. Together we are stronger.
