We all know conversations are often the first step towards getting help when experiencing mental health challenges.

In the lead up to Mental Health Day on Sunday 10th October, we are reminded to check in with our friends, family, children, and colleagues more regularly and keep those conversations happening.

This year’s theme is ‘Mental health care for all: let’s make it a reality' which highlights the global impact the pandemic has had on mental health and why looking out for ourselves and others is more important than ever.
