Perth, Western Australia — 1 September 2026 — Perth-founded technology consultancy Diversus is celebrating 20 years in business, having delivered more than 2,000 projects for 973 clients since it was founded in 2006.
Diversus was established by directors Claude De Lucia and Dien Tang after they identified a need for a consulting company that combined strong technology expertise with genuine care for its clients, their people and their long-term success.
That people-first approach has guided Diversus through two decades of growth and significant change across the technology sector.
“When Dien and I started Diversus, we didn’t set out to build a large consultancy business, we just wanted to do right by the people and clients we worked with,” said Diversus Director and Co-founder Claude De Lucia.

Over the past 20 years, Diversus has worked with organisations of all sizes, from local businesses to some of Western Australia’s largest employers, building long-term partnerships rather than one-off projects.
